Ahhhh, my firstborn is 7 years old!

Where did time go to?
One of my first (honest) thoughts I had when I found out I was pregnant was, "what did I get myself into?" Good thing there are 9 long months to prepare for motherhood!
As I look back I see all the trials that come with the firstborn. Turning from selfish ways to unselfish ways via a screaming child can be challenging! I guess that what comes of having a child just like you! Some say it is karma, I think it is sanctification by God. Either way, it is a great mirror being held to my face!
We have had our good and bad days...and we've had lots of fun! This week is a little sad for me as well. Ky will be starting a private school on Wednesday. I will miss having my little girl around the house. However, after much consideration, we decided that this would be best for her. And she is super excited about it!
As I am going back through pictures trying to find one to post. I realize that all Ky and I did for the first few months was cry and sleep. There are not many pictures to choose from!
I have many stories and pictures from our vacation...will get those on soon, when I can get my head on straight!
